Plus, if you find a lower price on an identical product that's in stock, we'll match it. That's our Price Match Promise to you.

Terms and Conditions

What is included in our Price Match Promise?

• The everyday or promotional price of any identical product stocked at PetFetch.
• The lower price is from a Thailand physical or online competitor.
• The competitor has the identical product in stock.

What is excluded from Our Price Match Promise?

• Repeat Delivery and subscription pricing.
• Cash-back, gift vouchers and bundled offers.
• Commercial quantities and pricing.
• Liquidations, clearance and end of range stock.
• Short-dated or damaged stock.
• Products advertised on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
• Freight or shipping costs are not included; price promise are based on product display price only.
• Prices that are below our cost price.
